The guided tour of the archaeological park will take you to explore the ancient Pompeii, a lively maritime city of the Roman Empire, totally buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. and discovered only starting from the XVIII century.
During the tour you will learn more about its theaters - centers of culture, entertainment and worldliness - the thermal baths, the residences and the luxury of the great aristocracy, the craftsmen and merchants shops, the taverns, the squares and the lifestyle of that time.

After the visit to the excavations of Pompeii that lasts about 2 hours, we will drive to a winery on the slopes of Vesuvius for a delicious tasting of local products.
